On 26th August 2019, coordinator of the project, Asociatia Habilitas CRFP, together with partner Confederatia Nationala Sindicala Cartel Alfa, organized the final Workshop of BeOLD project in Bucharest, Romania. We presented the project Intellectual Outputs elaborated, with focus on Intellectual Output 4 – Guide with recommendations of public policies for supporting older workers. The measures proposed in this document were discussed by participants, such as combating discrimination of older workers on labour market or continuous vocational and professional training for older workers.
